Galaxy Ventures will liaise with the investor / client in identifying a suitable property for development and oversee the whole development process including viable financing options to ensure that the project is completed. Upon completion the company will market the completed units or building and appoint lawyers to undertake conveyance of the property which may include sale agreements and transfers, leases, sub-leases among others.
